Narrowing focus in the yin season

This week I have a very small note for you to share that this will be my last newsletter for the year. I am turning the focus of my writing attention to a few other projects that are tugging substantially at my mind.

I hope you have enjoyed the notes throughout the seasons this year. Remember that you can always reference and bookmark these posts through the online archive. You can also search for other topics there as well.

  • If you have questions, you are always welcome to respond directly to this email to get in touch with me. You can also reach me directly at [email protected] or via Instagram message.

  • If you need to schedule a Chinese medicine session, you can still book as usual through my clinic website. (Please note my new limited availability.)

If you want to keep reading along with my writing, consider checking out my emerging blog at Psychology Today or revisiting my piece on children’s awe experiences, which was published in Psyche magazine earlier this year!

Chinese medicine is a huge support for me during this chilly, dark season, and I hope these newsletters have introduced you to some ideas you can try at this time of year as well.

Wishing you all a restorative and calm holiday season - as easygoing as possible. ✨

Warmest,

Artemisia
